Check your transaction history in the dashboard. Most withdrawals clear within 1–3 blockchain confirmations. Crypto network congestion occasionally causes delays up to 24 hours. If it's been over 24 hours, contact us via Telegram with your TXN ID.
Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. If you no longer have access to your registered email, contact support via Telegram with the username and the crypto wallet address associated with your account to verify identity.
Ad availability varies by region and time of day. If your daily ad count is lower than expected, this is usually temporary. Ad pools refill as advertisers run new campaigns. Check back in a few hours — peak times are 8AM–10PM UTC.
Referral commissions are credited within 1 hour of your referral completing their ad clicks. If a referral's account is suspended for fraud, their commissions are voided retroactively — this is how we protect the platform's integrity for all members.
